Ottawa Acupuncture Clinic for Pain, Sleep & Digestive Health
Emily Dunn is a Registered Acupuncturist with over 15 years of experience helping patients reduce pain, improve sleep, support digestion, and feel more at ease in their bodies. Her treatments combine gentle acupuncture, cupping therapy, dry needling, nutrition guidance, and simple, practical education patients can use at home.
Acupuncture offers a natural way to calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, restore mobility, and rebalance both mind and body. Many patients experience meaningful relief, deeper relaxation, or renewed energy within their first few sessions.

Special Training
Emily is trained in Dr. Tan's Balancing Method. This system, known for its immediate effect on relieving pain, works with the sophisticated relationships of the acupuncture meridians and generally offers relief within minutes after needle insertion. For instance, it can be used alone or in combination with local points often used in dry needling.
Emily is also trained in facial rejuvenation acupuncture also known as cosmetic acupuncture. She continues to learn more about this holistic approach to beauty and incorporates gentle cupping into the treatment.
Emily has studied under Kiiko Matsumoto. The Kiiko Matsumoto Style of acupuncture (KMS) was developed by Master Na. He was a blind Japanese acupuncturist and hence palpation is the main diagnostic tool.
